🔁 Counter-Notice Procedure

- Identification of the removed material and its original location.
- A statement of good faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of U.S. federal court (or equivalent).
If a valid counter-notice is received, we may notify the original complainant and restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless legal action is taken by the complainant.
